Março chega com oposições planetárias importantes. Os desafios são grandes porque Plutão e Júpiter fazem cobranças severas. A Lei é novamente aplicada com rigor. Há pouco espaço para a diplomacia e a conversa entre países fica estagnada(1) (2). Taxas e impostos são cobrados também sem negociação. Não há muita conversa entre as partes.(3) O que está no contrato será cobrado. É um momento difícil na economia mundial. O câmbio oscila muito e o petróleo volta a ter valor.(4) Isso gera aumento nos custos de produção. Energia elétrica também tem aumento de preço.(5) O grande ganho está na especulação e nos mercados Asiáticos. Urano ainda surpreende em todos os continentes. Ações inimagináveis ocorrem na política Americana e a Europa responde mal a essas turbulências. Mais uma vez, as conversas diplomáticas ficam estagnadas. A Ásia assiste de forma passiva a todo esse desencontro político. Esse entrave político permanece até metade de Abril,2017. O maior desafio Americano é a disputa pelas terras nativas e a saúde pública. Os dutos para óleo e gás não avançam porque a natureza se opõe. O muro na fronteira com o México é construído e desconstruído tijolo por tijolo, mas imigrantes ilegais são retirados em massa do país.(7)Nesse ponto, não há negociação. Famílias são separadas e há constrangimento mundial. O México não paga o muro (6) e o projeto se desmonta naturalmente. Os projetos do governo Americano não funcionam, simplesmente porque não há acordos com Vênus retrógrado. Há violência por disputas raciais, políticas e culturais. Os Estados Unidos da América vivem dois meses infernais. Os locais que sentem maior restrição são Espanha, Hungria, Polônia, Áustria, Síria, Coreia, Rússia e Suécia. Os pontos específicos de conflitos são Washington DC (8), Budapeste e Cidade do México. "

"March arrives with important planetary oppositions. The challenges are great because Pluto and Jupiter make severe demands. The Law is again rigorously enforced. There is little room for diplomacy and conversation between countries is stagnant.(1)(2) Fees and taxes are also charged without negotiation.(3) There is not much talk between the parties. What is in the contract will be demanded. It is a difficult time in the world economy. The exchange rate fluctuates a lot and oil is again valuable. (4)This leads to an increase in production costs. Electric power also has price increase.(5) The big gain is in speculation and Asian markets. Uranus still surprises on every continent. Unimaginable actions occur in American politics and Europe responds badly to these turbulences. Once again, the diplomatic talks are stagnant. Asia passively attends to all this political mismatch. This political stalemate remains until the middle of April, 2017. The greatest American challenge is the dispute over native lands and public health. Ducts for oil and gas do not advance because nature opposes. The wall on the Mexican border is built and deconstructed brick by brick, but illegal immigrants sufer with massive deportation from the country. At this point, there is no negotiation.(6)(7) Families are separated and there is worldwide embarrassment. Mexico does not pay the American wall and the project dismounts naturally. The American government projects do not work, simply because there are no agreements with Venus retrograde. There is violence through racial, political and cultural disputes. The United States of America lives two hellish months. Places that feel the greatest restriction are:
